Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and still in the original packaging may be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item sold by the brand from whom the original purchase was made and sold at www.offoicialgainzstarz.com. Returns and/or exchange requests MUST be made via email to email@example.com. within thirty (30) days of delivery. Unfortunately, should your request fall outside the thirty (30) day delivery period, your return/exchange request will not be granted. For all apparel sold at www.officialgainzstarz.com, recommended care is to wash all items in cold water or hand wash, DO NOT bleach, hang-dry ONLY, DO NOT iron. For best results and to keep your apparel looking it’s best, we recommend following these instructions. The Official GainzStarz , INC cannot be held liable nor will we be responsible for replacing any item(s) that have been improperly cared for.
If you are approved for refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again; then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are still unable to track the refund, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have yet to receive your refund, please contact The Official GainzStarz , INC at email@example.com.
If you are approved for exchange, The Official GainzStarz , INC will communicate with you via email to complete the exchange for another item that is in stock. Customers are responsible for re-shipment postage on all exchanges. Exchanges will not be shipped to customer until re-shipment postage is paid in full. SALE/DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE ITEMS

The Official GainzStarz , INC ships worldwide. Company will ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.
ALL orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS); we do not use any other carrier even upon request. Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders. IMPORTANT: If customer does not receive an order confirmation email, customer will not receive shipment notification and tracking information.
The Official GainzStarz , INC cannot be held responsible / liable for lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. Customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customer is responsible for providing Company with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. For U.S. orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option. Company does not offer a will-call option at this time.
The Official GainzStarz , INC ships internationally. International Shipments may sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
